Bremelanotide or PT-141 is the generic term for a new research peptide for use in helping improve sexual dysfunction in men (erectile dysfunction or impotence) as well as helping improve sexual dysfunction in women (sexual arousal disorder).
Bremelanotide, PT-141 does not act on the vascular system like the former compounds but it is known and has been shown to help increase sexual activity in both male and female mammals. Bremelanotide PT-141 allegedly works by activating melanocortin receptors in the brain, therefore helping increase ones sexual stimulation.

PT-141 functions by activating the melanocortin 1 receptor and MC4R namely. Bremelanotide originally was tested for nasal spray delivery but was discontinued after concerns about side effects. Bremelanotide PT141, as Melanotan II, may cause spontaneous arousal enhancing effect. Unlike other supplements, pt 141 results do not act on the vascular body, but directly increases desires through the nervous system.
Bremelanotide triggers the melanocortin.

About PT-141:

PT141 or Bremelanotide is the generic term for a research peptide being studied for its possible use in helping to improve sexual dysfunction in both men (erectile dysfunction or impotence) and women (sexual arousal disorder).
PT141 was developed from the tanning peptide Melanotan 2, which is a synthetically produced variant of a peptide hormone naturally produced in the body that stimulates melanogenesis that is known as alphaMelanocyte stimulating hormone. MSH, activates certain melanocortin receptors in the process of exerting its effects. Indeed, MSH also exerts potent influence over lipid metabolism, appetite, and sexual libido.
Resultantly, PT141 has been shown in studies to exhibit libidoenhancing effects by activating the melanocortin receptors MC1R and MC4R, but not skin tanning. Melanotan 1 and Melanotan 2 have been researched for their use in protecting against the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation from sunlight due to their melanogenesis-stimulating properties.

PT-141 is the only synthetic aphrodisiac.Studies have shown Bremelanotide to be effective in treating sexual dysfunction in both men (erectile dysfunction or impotence) and women (sexual arousal disorder).Unlike and other related medications (PDE5s), PT-141 does not act upon the vascular system, but directly through the nervous system (hypothalamus) to increase desire.Cialsare not considered aphrodisiacs as they do not have any direct effect on the libido.However, treatment with PDE5 inhibitors and PT-141 are known to have a synergistic effect.
 

Preparation before a 1mg injection:

Dose injection: 1mg (1000mcg). 10mg bottle / vial. 10 injections per vial x 1000mcg assays.
Injection dose: If you used 2ml of water per mix, 1000mcg = 0.20ml (20 units in the insulin syringe).
